Productos Leyson dedicated to the processing of eggplants. The first product launched was eggplant marmalade, an exquisite product for the most demanding tastes. This product is made using first-rate raw materials, such as pesticide-free eggplants, and it does not contain preservatives, additives, or artificial coloring. Concerned about offering better services and increasing the demand for this vegetable, we have decided to process it to satisfy the demands of the international market, in order to give it added value and share our recipes, already three generations old. Studies conducted on our products are backed by CIAD (Food Research and Development Center) as well as Culiacan Technological University. Our mission is to produce export quality eggplant products, and we are committed to achieving international health standards, the protection of the environment and a continual improvement of our processes.
